How do I set up an account to pay Online? 

Instructions:

1. Visit www.SafeTouch.com
2. Click on the Payments option on the toolbar, on the top of the screen
   
3. Click Sign-Up here
   
4. Enter the required information – the email address and Bill Payer ID must match the information currently listed on SafeTouch account.

6.  Once you click Register, an email will be sent to you. Click the Password Recovery Link, and setup your unique password.

7. Once you've completed the "Create Password" portion, you'll then be rerouted to our PayPoint page where you'll enter in your Username/Email and the Password you've just created to login to the Portal.
