How do I stop my system from beeping?

Why is my system beeping?

Your system is designed to emit a beep to alert you to any system issues. These issues may arise from sensor malfunctions, alterations, or environmental factors leading to power loss, communication failure, sensor damage, and/or low battery due to power loss. Below, you will find several tips to address your panel's beeping problem. Please note that these steps may vary based on your specific system.

These measures are intended as a short-term fix. Should you encounter any service difficulties, please reach out to our service center.

Disabling Trouble Beeps from Mobile App:

Silence the beeping using Mobile App:

Applicable customers may be able to silence their system’s trouble beeps using your mySafetouch app. To do so, click on the cogwheel followed by the message “Silence Trouble Beeps” at the top of the screen. This will allow you to acknowledge the trouble and silence the beeping for up to 7 days.

Below are steps for a few of our most common systems. To locate your system, please follow the attached link: Safetouch System Manuals

*Once the trouble alert has been cleared, you can click anywhere outside the Alerts/Alarms box (anywhere around the outside edges of the touchscreen) to return to the Home Screen.
