Why can't I arm my system?

My system will not arm.

There are multiple reasons why your system may fail to arm. Typically, this happens because the system shows a Not Ready to Arm status, indicating that a sensor might be open, tampered with, faulty, or experiencing a loss of supervision.

Keypad:

If the system does not identify itself as "Ready," it will prevent arming until you either bypass the affected zone or address the issue. Please consult your user guide, our website, or our knowledge base for steps on bypassing and/or troubleshooting a sensor issue. If your system is not reporting any sensor problems, it might not be arming due to possible software malfunctions. The buttons could be sticking, or the screen might be unresponsive. Please reach out to Customer Care for troubleshooting assistance.

Mobile App:

When using the mobile app, if you observe that your system is not arming upon sending commands, ensure that your phone has an active data connection. Verify that it is connected to Wi-Fi or has a reliable mobile internet connection. A data connection is essential for remote arming or disarming.

Please note: If commands are not being processed and you have verified that your phone, tablet, or computer is connected to the internet, this may suggest a signaling issue. Please contact the customer care team for assistance.
